Street Fighter 6 is easily one of the best fighting games of 2023, a glorious rebirth for the franchise that levels the playing field with some thoughtful ideas. If you haven’t dived into Capcom’s delightful brawler and you’re looking for a pretty good Black Friday deal, then check out this special on Street Fighter 6’s collector’s edition from Amazon subsidiary Woot.
Normally priced at $250, you can pick one of these up for $100 during the next couple of days. Here’s what you’ll get inside of the Street Fighter 6: Mad Gear Edition. This is for the Xbox Series X|S and PS4 versions of Street Fighter 6, and fret not current-gen PlayStation fans because you can upgrade for free to the PS5 version if you’re on the newer platform.
- Full Street Fighter 6 game
- Mad Gear Box
- Pop-Up Parade figures of Luke and Kimberly
- Artbook
- Sticker set
- Figure diorama boards
- Digital content
One of the big draws here is that you’ll unlock from the Year One Fighter Pass. This gives you access to four additional characters–two of them have already been released–additional character costumes and colors, two additional stages, and 7,700 Drive Tickets. Not too bad! This normally costs $50 on its own, so you’re getting this as well as a handsome number of extra goodies as well. Street Fighter 6 is also terrific, so this deal makes for a tempting offer. It’s vibrant, the modern control schemes will allow even your mom to kick your ass, and the online component uses a rollback netcode to make all the action play out smoothly.
“Street Fighter 6 learns an immediate lesson from the content-bare release of its predecessor, as it offers a variety of significant features and modes right out of the gate. It is a robust fighting game that is of premiere quality. Street Fighter 6 is incredible; a return to form for the franchise that welcomes both new fighters and seasoned pros,” Jason Fanelli wrote in GameSpot’s Street Fighter 6 review.
If you’re on PC, you can save 35% off the price of Street Fighter 6 in Steam’s Autumn Sale and the standard edition of the game is only $30 at Amazon and Walmart for the PS5, PS4, and Xbox Series X|S versions. For something a little bit more vicious, you can pick up Mortal Kombat 1 for $40, but you’ll want to hurry as these are selling out pretty quickly.
